Forman has a mold-making workshop, injection, stamping, and assembly departments that we can finish the electrosparking, wire-electrode cutting, and other processes with advanced equipment like Seibu and Sodick machines. We have 25 injection machines like NISSEI, Fanuc, etc. from 30T to 180T, that is equipped with a mechanical arm, and the CCD inspection camera is applied for the vertical insert-molding one. And there are 24 high-speed punches in the stamping workshop from 35T to 110T that include the machine such as the Kyori and Yamada and all are covered by protective housing for reasons of security. That all the machines in the assembly workshop are designed and built by our team can automatically finish the assembly process, inspection, and package to offer high productivity and stably quality.

In the inspection of income material, first article, process, or outgoing quality control, we have a rounded system and enough instruments. In our production area, we have calipers, the Nikon image measuring instruments, and the coating thickness tester, spectrograph, Salt spray tester, combustion property tester, and others are in our laboratory.

Q: Are the ISO9001 Certified Manufacturer?
A: Yes, Forman is the certified manufacturer of ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 management systems since 2006.
Q: What are your major plastic products?
A: Forman offers OEM fabrication service for plastic parts, metal parts, and components. Most of the products are applied for high-end consumer electronics, automobile products, medical accessories, and so on.
Q: How many injection machines do you have and what kinds of machines they are?
A: At the end of 2021 Forman has 30 sets of injection machines at home, both have the vertical injection machine and Horizontal machine which are equipped with the automatic arm.
Q: What's your advantage over others?
A: Adopting the automatic fabrication for higher efficiency, strictly managing the quality as ISO9001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 systems from incoming material, FAI, process control, outgoing quality inspection, and so on. BTW, our materials are 100% compliant with the RoHS and halogen-free standard and insist on a UL94V-0 rating.
Q: How about your lead time?
A: Each new mold will take 20 working days for a sample, and we only spend 5 ~7 working days for mass production.
