Q1.What do I need for offering a quote ?
A: Detailed drawings (PDF/STEP/IGS/DWG...) with material, quantity and surface treatment information.
Q2: Will my design drawings be safe when you get it ?
A: Yes, we will not publish your design to a third party unless your permission is obtained. We can sign NDA before you send the drawings.
Q3: Can you send me samples ?
A: Yes, Samples are for free, and freight is on your side. Or please contact us by email for specific lead time base on your order quantities.
Q4: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance to quality control from the very beginning to the end: 1)All raw material we used are non-toxic, environmental-friendly; 2)Skillful workers pay great attention to each details in handling the producing and packing processes; 3)We have a professional QA/QC team to ensure the quality.
