Jiusheng boasts a sprawling 5000 square meter modern facility, equipped with a robust technical team comprising over 20 seasoned professional engineers and an array of technical personnel. We pride ourselves on our cutting-edge imported processing machinery including over 10 Taiwan Xieyi punches, more than 20 imported automatic lathes, screw machines, and over 20 Xinda spring machines. Our facility is further enhanced by advanced mold processing equipment such as computer gongs, spark machines, milling machines, and mold beds. Our state-of-the-art testing equipment includes the second element detector, projector, salt spray tester, torsion tester, rebound tester, and tension tester. Additionally, we house a continuous atmosphere protection quenching furnace, hot air tempering furnace, ultrasonic cleaning machine, and plating post-treatment line.

Q: What materials are available? Are they RoHS compliant?

A: JiuSheng Springs produces different types of springs such as compression, extension, and torsion springs, with a wide variety of wire types including high grade spring steel, carbon steel, stainless steel, music wire, etc., all RoHS compliant. And we can provide the SGS report of the wire. The wire diameters range from 0.003 inches (0.08mm) to 0.275 (7.00mm) inches to meet the requirements of different applications.

Q: Do you support small orders or do you only accept large orders?
A: Jiusheng Springs can produce either high or low volume springs depending on your needs. We will work with you to select the most efficient solution.

Q: How long does a custom spring typically take?
A: Lead times for custom springs vary. For compression, extension, torsion and linear springs in our tooling range, we can deliver within 7 to 10 days. However, for some springs with complex shapes, the lead time is approximately 14 to 21 days.

Q: Do you charge for custom spring samples?
A: We charge a sample fee for custom springs as an ordering fee for a full order. In other words, the sample fee is refundable upon our receipt of the order. However, if your sample requires additional tooling, we will charge for that.
