LEYO M7 high-speed CNC milling machine developed by Dongguan Liyang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. has the characteristics of high rigidity, high precision, and high-speed machining. The column adopts a gantry structure design to achieve stable processing; The workbench adopts a reasonable slider span and undergoes surface quenching to ensure uniform stress and improve hardness; The bed adopts a trapezoidal cross-section, reducing the center of gravity and improving torsional strength; The entire machine adopts the optimal structural design, providing the best overall stability performance.
The three-axis high-speed displacement can reach 24/24/24m/min, the tool change time is only 3S, and the maximum spindle acceleration and deceleration time is 2S (0-30000rpm).
